This week I am going to share with you my top 15 on the go snacks which you can use while you are travelling or in a situation where you don’t get time to get lunch.

People are always asking for ideas with this so I thought I would provide you with some.

The snack suggestions may not be to everyone’s liking, but if you can take 1 or 2 that you do like, I will be pleased I have managed to help.

Furthermore, I have provided you with some useful resources of where to purchase some of the products from.

  1. Celery sticks with nut butter on (my favourite is macadamia or cashew).Nut butters can be purchased at most supermarkets.

  1.  Beef jerky snack bags (available from www.holisticsonline.com)

 

  1.  Boiled eggs mashed up and mixed with humus

 

  1. Banana with nut butter (peanut is my favourite in the case)

  1. Chicken slices with a handful of cashew nuts

 

  1. Goatein which is a goat’s whey protein, I have 2 scoops in water. Available on Amazon.

 

  1. Raw Goats yogurt or milk on their own or with some raw chocolate goji berries. Find on  www.red23.co.uk

 

  1. Dried fruit and nuts mix

 

  1. Rice cakes with Kerrygold butter or goats butter

 

  1. Rice cakes with nut butter and honey (not too often for me).

  1. Smoothie with protein powder, coconut water 200ml, 1 carton of coconut milk, chopped dates, banana, and chia seeds.

 

  1. Parma ham with sliced mango
