Prior to you becoming a client I ask you to complete some questionnaires and I then offer you a free consultation. This enables me to do the following:
1. Discuss your current level of health based on the results of the questionnaires.
2. Discuss dreams, goals, and fitness targets
3. Action points on how you can achieve your health and fitness goals.
4. Complete basic health checks.
During the assessment I will measure upper, middle, and lower back curvatures, core function, identify the tight and weak muscles, and thorough analysis of your physiological load. Paul Chek has a great analogy regarding posture, he said, “think of your body as a bicycle wheel. If a bicycle wheel is out of balance and you take the bike out for a ride chances are the bike won’t handle well. The stress of riding on a crooked wheel could cause the wheel to fall apart. To get a crooked bike wheel to roll straight you must shorten/ tighten the loose spokes and lengthen/ loosen the tight ones”.
