What is the healthiest way to loose weight?

To eat for your Metabolic Type, eat high quality food, drink the correct amount of water, move your body even if it’s 20 minutes of walking, get to sleep by 10:30pm, and don’t go on any diets like Weight Watchers, Slimming World etc.
