I have been personal training in Harrogate for over 3 years now and there is nothing more rewarding than a client success story. It reinforces my desire to continue offering the best possible service to anyone that wants to achieve their training and life goals whether it’s weight loss, pain elimination,sports specific conditioning, and any other additional goals they would like to aim for.

Brian Lindley first came to see me in February. We both discussed his training goals and Brian decided that he wanted lose weight, and improve his posture. With regular training sessions and nutritional and lifestyle alterations Brian has now lost a total of 2 STONE IN 4 MONTHS. There were no radical changes as I am a big believer in making small changes at a time in a way that is tailored to suit the busy lifestyle that we all appear to live. There is no doubt about it Brian’s hard work and dedication has and is continuing to pay off. In the picture below you can see Brian’s transformation.
