I am delighted to share with you a recent blog post by the popular North Yorkshire based blogger, The Harrogate Girl.

Victoria Turner has been training with me for 8 weeks and I am really impressed with her progress so far. After meeting Victoria at a local networking event in Wetherby she talked to me about her fitness aspirations and goals. We arranged an initial consultation so that I could give her a health body check and we haven’t looked back since!

After already losing around eight pounds in weight, Victoria is well underway to acheiveing her fitness goals. I’ve tailored a programme that consists of the best exercises for what she needs, this is a heavy mixture of resistance circuit based exercise in combination with cardio training. I have also most importantly put together a healthy eating diet plan, this helps Victoria maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle. Improvements like this are always key when undertaking personal training and it’s always great to see clients achieve their goals and aspirations.
