Take your health and awareness to a new level and realize the foods that are seriously affecting our health.

Exposure to displacement foods in New Zealand

I write this blog sat on a sun lounger in Portugal while taking some much needed rest. The sun is shining down on me as I’m wiping the sweat off my forehead.

That’s enough of the description anyway.

I wanted to talk about the book Nutritional and Physical Degeneration by Weston A Price. Weston A Price was a dentist who travelled the world. He wanted to discover the impact modern diets (or white mans diet) had on the health of primitive races.Weston A Price particularly wanted to assess the facial structure, dental arches, the teeth, and the general health of the primitives compared to the societies that had been affected by modernized and displacement foods. I should state that this study was conducted from 1930. The studies were extremely thorough. Weston A Price studied the Eskimos, Polynesians, Indians, Aborigines, Scottish, Africans, and the Swiss. If I have missed some please forgive me. In each study he compared the isolated and the modernized. In each and every study the isolated were remarkably healthier because they adhered to the laws of Mother Nature and were not exposed to the displacement foods of the modernized districts. Displacement foods were white sugar, white flour, pasteurized dairy, processed salt, canned fruits and jams. Etc.

With photographic evidence you can compare the health of the isolated Swiss with the modernized Swiss.

Throughout the book these pictures are demonstrated with every single tribe and the evidence is very much there to see with no argument.

There is also statistic after statistic to prove the impact displacements foods have on our health and development, facial structures, and nutrition. It’s scary.

In this video here I discuss the book in further detail, along side some take home points you can use to improve the health of you and your family.
In summary the isolated primitives lived off raw dairy, wholesome grains, fruits, vegetables, fish, meat, and organs. It did vary from tribe to tribe but it essentially came down to what food was available. The modernized districts lived off displacement foods typically controlled by the government.

The evidence is there to see .

Here some statistics from the book comparing the amount of tooth decay or dental caries.

Isolated Swiss 2.6 perecent

Modernized Swiss 28.2

Scottish isolated gaelics 1.3 teeth out of every hundred children had dental caries

Modernized Scottish 32.4 percent out of every hundred had dental caries

Isolated American Indians 0.16 percent out of 87 individuals

Modernized American Indians 25.5 perecent.

That’s all
