The energy juice is often my go to juice. Furthermore, the juice is quick and easy to make.

All you need is:

1. 2 x handfuls of spinach
2. 4 x chopped apples
3. 2 x squeezed limes

Optional extras are ginger or fresh mint ( use one or the other ). I like adding the ginger for immunity but that’s just personal preference. The mint option is also highly recommended. Additionally most people will need a good ratio of fats, protein, and carbohydrates. Therefore, I strongly recommend consuming fat and protein with this juice. This will mean that after consuming your juice ensure you have a protein snack within 10 minutes of consumption. The snack could be a handful of nuts, a boiled egg, or a few pieces of chicken.
